Log into your Butterfly account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

Prepare the Package

Carefully disassemble any furniture if necessary and place the items back in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring no old shipping barcodes are visible.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
